Requests for proposals
FCC Form 461
STEPS TO SUCCESSFUL
BID SUBMISSION
1. RFP Documents - USAC created a new search tool for Form 461/RFP postings for Fund Year 2023. The postings can be located at https://opendata.usac.org/stories/s/RHC-Posted-Services-Tool/8wan-j4cu
2. Notice of Intent to Bid (NOI) - Submit an NOI using the form provided below on this page. A Notice of Intent to bid should be submitted for each RFP posting in order to be added to the Q&A distribution list and other necessary correspondence during the course of the 28-day bid period. Redbud does not reject bids if a Notice of Intent to Bid was not submitted. It simply means you will not be on the email distribution list to receive any Q&A or other correspondence during the bid period.
3. Bid Response Spreadsheet (RFP Attachment B) - All line item pricing must be submitted using the formatted Excel document provided below in order to receive all possible points for a complete submission.
4. Correspondence - ALL correspondence during the open bid period must be conducted via email to rfpmailbox@redbudconsulting.org. Any vendor or healthcare provider communications regarding an RFP and its contents other than via the specified email address above may result in disqualification of bids.
5. Bid Submission - Complete bids must be submitted to rfpmailbox@redbudconsulting.org. File size limitations have been increased to accept large proposal files. Official posting end dates dates are listed on the official USAC posting and have also been listed for convenience on this page below. In the event of a discrepancy, the date posted by USAC stands as the official end date. Should the bid period deadline be extended, an email indicating the new end date will be sent to all vendors who submitted a Notice of Intent to Bid.
