About Redbud Telecom Consulting
Marci L. White founded Redbud Telecom Consulting in 2019 to assist healthcare providers across the U.S. with their universal service fund application processes. Marci has many years experience managing client accounts and strives to provide service at a level that earns clients for life. Each client receives personal, individualized attention and a commitment to uncover any and all opportunities available for maximum funding from the FCC RHC programs.
Marci has been active for many years in universal service fund and telecommunications policy development and implementation. From 2012-2015, she was employed by the Public Utilities Division at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and played a key role in the development of eligibility policies for Oklahoma schools, libraries, and healthcare providers. She then moved to the role of consultant in 2015, focusing primarily on the FCC Rural Healthcare Program, managing the application and funding process for healthcare providers across several states. Marci continued her involvement with telecommunications and universal service fund policy development and was part of the Oklahoma industry team that authored HB2616 in 2016, modernizing the Oklahoma Universal Service Fund statutes and processes. She has also been a member of the Schools, Healthcare, and Libraries Broadband Coalition (SHLB) since 2015.
In her spare time, Marci enjoys spending time with her husband Jeff and her two children, Koby and Juliana. She has served as the Ward 2 Council Member for the City of Newcastle, OK since the fall of 2019 and started a new term in April of 2023. Marci also serves on Mid-America Technology Center's Leadership Mid-America board. Marci previously served on the Newcastle Public Schools Board of Education and is a current member of the District Strategic Planning Team.

Nicole M. Richardson joined Redbud Telecom Consulting in 2022 as the CFO and Telecom Project Manager in 2022. Her professional experience includes an extensive background in the medical field, as well as five years with the Oklahoma Heart Hospital - Heart Failure Institute. During her time at the Heart Failure institute, Nicole supported Dr. Philip Adamson, who was the lead physician and principal investigator for the FDA approved CardioMEMS™ Heart Failure System.
In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time camping and being outdoors with her husband and three children.
